I seriously wish I had a Pokemon game. Preferably the earlier generations, or at least one where I can get a Haunter and Mismagius. I'm not sure if those are in the 5th generation.
 
Hey Dr. Javelin (or any other Black/White experts), I'm in the desert with the Darmanitan statues and I have a ragecandybar. Does it matter which statue gets the candy?

Zebstrika
Excadrill
Simisear
Carracosta (The Turtle thing, Cant remember if thats the Japanese name or english)
Reuinclus


No Legendaries because their OP and I like to play fair.
 
Replace Simisear with something else if possible.

Zebstrika and Excadrill look pretty good.

80% of the members here will praise you for choosing the most overrated Unova starter.

I'm not too sure about the last two though.

Carracosta is alright, but there are better choices. Reuniclus is also difficult to use but if you get it right he's amazing.

Well, I have used them in my Japanese version, and they were pretty good.

Serperior is just like every starter, strong.
Zebstrika was fast and his attacks were strong
Excadrill was a tank with lots of good attack power
Simisear took 2 hours to find last time, in the wild. He was pretty strong though and I didnt want the water one since I wanted the turtle.
Carracosta is a tank but lacks a bit of power. His variety of attacks was good though
Reuniclus is absolutely shitty until its final evolution, then it has some decent sp. atk and HP.

I dont really want to change the team, but I dont know if i should or not.

Im the kind of player that chooses his favourite 6 that look the best (have different types) then goes with them. I dont really look at stats.

Then keep your team. It's better to have six Pokemon you cherish rather than six you're just using for skill. Just make sure to raise their stats as high as you can by leveling up and getting stat-raising items so you don't end up on the short end of the stick either.

I'm just trying to purify him, by keeping him in my party. Once he's purified, I'll substitute him for another Shadow Pokemon (perhaps Solrock or Snorlax).
 
I started HeartGold with a friend and after every gym were gonna battle.

We recently battled at Azalea Gym and I won just like the first time.

The only good Shadow Pokemon is Project XD001 (Shadow Lugia).

Other than that, your team seems fairly balanced.
 
Does anybody know of any good moves for my Darmanitan? It knows Flare Blitz, but it'd like to teach it some special moves in case it goes into Zen Mode.
 
This is exactly why you don't want Zen Mode.

Non-Zen Mode allows you to pick four moves, expand your coverage, and not have to switch between moves and clog your four spaces.
