Emulators/ROMs

Just downloaded Project64 (an N64 emulator).

Right now I'm playing LoZ: Ocarina Of Time. I have several other games.
I love that game.

Oh boy...

*About ten bazillions SNES emulators, as I don't like the aspect ratio in any of them.
*NEStopia - Mostly to play the Mega Mans.
*Kega Fusion - wish there was any Nintendo emu as convenient as this.
*CDI-Emu - pos doesn't support the one game I want.
*FreeDO - doesn't support gamepad and it glitchs Xpadder for some reasons. A shame too, as it runs quite decently.
*EPSXE
*Project 64 - Don't have a N64 controller adapter so I gave up on it.
*SSF - Actually got it to run, Saturn emulation is tedious and time-consumming but not actually that complicated.
*Project Tempest - run Tempest 2000, which is good enough.
*MAME and a whole ton of specialised versions.
*MESS - everything its name imply.
*nullDC - didn't expect it to work, but it did.

Well yeah, the gamepads I have are compatible with it - What I was saying (and I wasn't clear) is that the n64's button layout is so out there than trying to adapt it most standards usb pads just doesn't work. Some games are still vaguely playable but bleh.

If you select Options -> Configure Controller Plugin on P64 you can select what buttons do what.

I assume he knows that since that's how he would have configured them to find out they don't work well for him.
