A very warm happy 30th birthday to @Fawfulthegreat64

You should be very proud of yourself for this wonderful milestone and for the inspiring life you've led in the last three decades, Jamey. You've made a plethora of amazing artwork that has touched many audiences, myself definitely included. You've run a fantastically fun YouTube channel for almost 15 years with 588 videos and over 6,600 subscribers, including many super entertaining and well-edited gaming videos, commentaries, and live streams, lots of great songs including your musical covers, your SPM soundfont Christmas tunes, and your One Bean's Trash music, funny memes, interesting showcases of mods, glitches, and so much more. I've had so many hours of fun watching and rewatching your channel, and I'm sure there are so many other audiences you've touched with your channel. Above all, you've been your authentic self.

I think I speak for all of us when I say that we're really proud of your bravery and growth as a person, Jamey. I still remember back in late 2019 when we'd only recently known each other and you discovered and came out as your true self. That was really cool and I hope you still feel proud of yourself for that too. It was also cool to see you become Forum Moderator, and you've done a great job at that in the 4-5 years since. Like me, you've definitely improved your behaviour so so much over the years and I always admired you for that.

Being your close friend over the past 5 years has been a tremendous joy, and a tremendous honour. We are all so lucky to have you in our community. I wish you all the best for a joyous and memorable birthday today and a fruitful and fulfilling life going forward. We will always be here for you as your friends and support you in being true to yourself.

I'm not gonna lie I almost didn't make it this year, 2025 has been both absolutely horrible (mass stalking incident + my mom forcibly outing me as trans and almost disowning me for it) and absolutely amazing (my close friends always being there for me, my girlfriend's entire existence, and getting some items of my f/os I would have never gotten otherwise without my friends). Oh and my new job's been going good I think that counts as a win.

First thing up for my birthday arrived a couple days early! I kept it a surprise from Board folk but those on the MarioWiki discord have already seen, hehe.

These came from my friend Harls who just happened upon these guys while checking out his local flea market!

For some context, these are BD&A Mario plushes. They were produced back in the 90s as mail order only for those with Nintendo Power magazine subscriptions. Because of the odds stacked against them they are quite rare and go for around 150 dollars per single plush. Harls found these bad boys in near pristine condition (Luigi has some surface level display stains) for 12 and 20 dollars respectively. Like what the fuck. He left the flea market before I had the chance to respond to the initial finding photos but I legit told his ass to get back in there and get them or I'm skinning him while using Home Depot WiFi on a shopping trip of my goddamn own because you do not simply find a 150 dollar plush for TWELVE.

Well, I can't believe it's been over half a decade since I've known you both, but I have to say it's been a true honour to have you in our community. I deeply respect you both for your roles in the community and for being a friend to me and to so many other people. Thank you BLOF and LGM for bringing wisdom, laughter, and solidarity to me and to our community, and for making the forums and wiki a better place.

I hope you both have a fantastic 30th birthday and that it can be special and meaningful to you together. I look forward to continuing to be your friend for many years to come.
