Looks like I can right click.
Alternatively, I could also use another USB mouse, or hold CTRL and click.

So that are 3 options already, so you're not right.
 
I'm not on Steam, if anyone cares.

I would download it if I wasn't too worrited about the space on my laptop. >_>

There is a right click, it's just not enabled by default.
