Today was a day that was decent at best. Got to engage in a couple of fun activities with my dad here and there, got a couple of good bites to eat, and got to wrap up the day with a decent night of television. Overall, this day can best be described as a typical episode of your everyday sitcom: A mixed bag.
whenever i complain about linux issues, the point i am making is not that linux is bad and i wanna go back to using windows because fuck no. windows is awful and you'd have to PAY me to go back to using that as my daily driver.
the point i am making is i frickin hate computers.
I sent my 'Shroom article to Meta Knight via PM on Friday morning, so just letting y'all know. Should I expect a response back, as I asked for feedback on any errors I may have made?
Hey, I know things aren't as good as they could be and I know you're not as active here as much while you're working towards being happier and stronger mentally, but I wanted you to know that you're still an awesome best buddy and I hope you'll feel better knowing that I'm still here for you.
Finally had a decent day at best during this extended weekend. It's gone from eating a Poison Shroom to eating a Poison Shroom with a little salt on it, if you know what I mean. Here's hoping tomorrow will continue to be decent.
Recently I've been absolutely obsessed with the em-dash. I've used it so much in my writing -- mostly because it's the punctuation form of getting distracted.
Today was yet another rollercoaster of emotions for me. This isn't exactly how I envisioned my extended weekend to go, and I'm hesitant to call it a crummy weekend because while I have had a couple of small positive experiences so far, I personally feel the emotional highs are tarnishing the weekend.
What stories/authors did you look at in your high school English classes? I'm asking this because when I start teaching 101/102 (the introductory composition classes in college), I want to avoid the typical high school readings.
I'm actually heartbroken. I tried to buy a Cheez It Hawaiian shirt but it was out of stock. I have no words to express my emotions. That shirt was the last piece of fashion on the internet that suited my style.
Also I would struggle with Linux because you have to enter commands for it to do anything and-not good at memorizing computer code. Or commands, rather. I mean with Windows I can just click on something and get it done without having to type a bunch of stuff.
