    Well I got Skyrim for my computer today, it had arrived an hour ago. had to deal with the STEAM stuff, which I didn't understand at first, but I got it down. Now I will be toning my activity here down, as I will be playing it a lot.

    Hey, as long as you're not one of the top contributing polluters of the world, or some random multimillionaire/billionaire profiting off of top polluters.
    I mean it's cool to be green, it helps a little. But like, individual consumers aren't who Greta-and-alike are fighting against. True change has to reach the big dogs (law, production).

    While it's accurate that the biggest polluters are on the corporate level and individual action such as not using a plastic straw isn't going to really change much, there's no way in hell that corporations will be pressured to change unless individual consumers create the demand for it through purchasing power or regulation.

    Plus it's frankly just downright rude to deny climate change. Like, every body is slightly destroying where we live, and you're just refusing to acknowledge every body's mistakes? It is already having an impact on people and animals, which makes denying it even worse. Would you deny any other incident where people got hurt?

    Doomhiker: People tend to worry when other people disappear randomly for a few months. George was active quite a bit, his sudden disappearance was almost unexplained (he did say in a thread once that he has military camp, but that's likely to be missed by a lot of people), so for something like that to happen can confuse a lot of people
