Guys, this is an information gathering phase. You can't make meaningful progress towards solving the quests right now, you can only passively uncover information that can be used to solve them later.

I would like to go into the Hall of Reflectinators and do the following:
- Stand in front of the first mirror I see, flick it three times at a frequency of one per second, then wait a minute.
- Then I systematically go through all the mirrors, repeating this process with each of them.
- Let me know if anything interesting happens at any point while I'm doing this.

Okay, I need to step in here as host - not only is this not contributing to the game at all, but it feels to me like you're actively antagonizing another player here. This may be a competitive game but there's no need for that at all or to let tensions get hot (competitive as this may be, it's a pretty casual game!), and Yap's post here wasn't uncalled for. Take a break and cool off if you need to.

Workplace relationships are complicated - but you probably won't make much progress on those artifacts trying to conduct group therapy.
You start flicking Reflectinators, and by the time you're done, many people and objects across the park have been flicked, including yourself a couple of times somehow. There doesn't seem to be any particular logic to where actions get reflectinated to.
