The original Tomodachi Life was an interesting game. It was like an interactive screensaver or virtual pet game where you check in on the Miis every once in a while, instead of a game where you directly control a character. It was a strangely chill experience.

The obvious flaw in my theory of it being a power-up of some kind is that there are fire versions of some of the doctor characters, and power-ups don't usually stack that way. Perhaps there is a "doctor/fire flower" that grants both fire and doctor abilities.

Sorry, I traveled back in time to the year 1980 and moved a chair in the Nintendo headquarters, and now the Mr. Video Boards seem to be called the Super Mario Boards. At least I was able to prevent Nintendo from being bought by Sony in 2000. That timeline was awful.
My brain is full of ideas for video-game sequels that Nintendo will never make.
For no reason whatsoever I remembered as a child with too much internet access stumbling upon a Flash game where you shot at Pokémon with a gun, and they turned into little red splats. I think I remember you eventually having a shootout with Ash because he was mad that you killed his Pikachu. After I played it I had nightmares due to the horrible sins I had committed in the game, I was around 6-8 years old at the time and just figured out how to use the internet.
In a few years, when I get close to turning 30, I imagine that I will be banned from the Super Mario Boards for being too old. I should really get a life at that point. -
