The ticketmaster might be a good start. Though it isn't that funny. For pure slapstick comedy you'll need the one with Celestia's bird. My personal favourite episode is The Best Night Ever, but you would have to have seen other episodes before that actually becomes funny.

Changed the wheels on my standard combo (Mario, Soda Jet, Gold tires, Swoop) from golden tires to sponge wheels. It sacrifices some top speed for accelaration and handling, which I think has greatly improved my performance online.
