Dude.
As much as I'd love to help you out here, if your middle school is anything like mine, then bringing in MLP:FiM to show middle schoolers is just asking for trouble.

If anything, I think a S1 episode or Luna Eclipsed would probably be best. Can't think of anything good right now though. But I think Luna Eclipsed would get some laughs out of your class.

I'm not in middle school, silly. I'm in some kind of school that's in between grade school and middle school. It only goes up to 5th and 6th grades though, so I'm lucky. Also, this school has a recess field.

I also think maybe Lesson Zero or that episode where Zecora debuted would be funny. (I forgot the name of that episode.)

Well, 5th/6th grade as I said are in between middleschool and gradeschool here in Forked River. Also, maybe Dragonshy too.

Because, 6th graders as I know like to jeer at things like that.

I saw a sixth grader yesterday telling me that his brother was the biggest pimp in my school and that he had a girlfriend, broke up with her, and got another one 2 days later. I was like, "Good for you but I don't freaking care."
(Well, I didn't actually say that.)

It's sometimes to tough to only pick a few that might get people actually interested because while alot of the episodes are good. Some of them aren't the best for introducing the show because either it may contain too much cute (Some people have to get used to it first before they can handle the entire show lol) or you kinda have to get an insight on all of the characters.

I think I'd recommend one of these 4 episodes: Applebuck Season, Dragonshy, Bridle Gossip, and Sonic Rainboom

I hear Party of One has also worked but personally the whole beginning thing where it basically starts off with a Pinkie song and that Party that personally isn't something I'd subject someone to if they wanted to start off watching the show.

Well, I think they'd be more interested to a humorous episode rather than those kinds of episodes. I don't need them to get an introduction of all the characters, just something to see to get a good laugh at.

I did give a humorous one out. I just think Applebuck Season is the best way to introduce the comedy of the show. As most of the others you need insight on the characters. I think Lesson Zero is one of the Funniest episodes of the show, but I wouldn't use it as an introductory episode because unless you've seen most of the show it doesn't have as much impact. Bridle Gossip is also really funny even if that probably takes a little bit of Character noticing. And Dragonshy and Sonic Rainboom at least has some sort of action (Like climbing up the mountain to face a Dragon in Dragonshy, and of course the whole Sonic Rainboom scene near the end in the Titular episode)

The ticketmaster might be a good start. Though it isn't that funny. For pure slapstick comedy you'll need the one with Celestia's bird.

My personal favourite episode is The Best Night Ever, but you would have to have seen other episodes before that actually becomes funny.

I think of the 4 I think Dragonshy would be best personally. While it's not the funniest episode, I think it has it's own share of good humor that blends well with everything else. Plus I think introducing someone to an episode where the characters are sent to try to kick out a Dragon while climbing a dangerous mountain would actually be intriguing.

It also fairly shows each of the Main 6's personality.

You're welcome lol though maybe a Season 2 episode will come out that will be a good introduction too by then (Though I doubt it, I think it's best to introduce with an episode of Season 1 because most of the episodes so far in Season 2 kinda assume you know all the characters by now)

EDIT: Though it was Season 2's Opener that got Smasher hooked so idk

I never said they were what I think are the best episodes. Just the best for introducing. (If I did that then Cutie Mark Chronicles would of been one I said).

Though in general it's not easy at all picking just one episode to show.

On the subject of bronies, I have 3 brony friends, all of whom have been completely accepted by their friends. Also, I mentioned that I was a brony to my friends, and since they know these 3 guys, they were pretty cool about it.

I don't have any brony friends.

UM, just so you know, I find most middle-schoolers to be asshats. I wouldn't waste my time on them. Don't worry if they make fun of you or anything.

That's my school In one word. I wouldnt dare mention me being a Brony to them, you don't know how much shit they gave for mentioning the word Minecraft, one year of teasing from one word.
I have been wondering whether to tell my friends or not, I kind of hinted at saying that MLP is a popular show and I liked a couple MLP videos on YouTube but I don't think they noticed.

Reading all this stuff about school makes me glad I'm home-schooled, I don't have to deal with all those morons (and spending 8 hours at school everyday).

Oh, by the way, anybody excited for the fangame MLP: Fighting is Magic? Looks really good and the music is really good so far

Honestly, the game looks amazing, almost like its proffesional.
