If only I had the chance to try out the 3DS more. The last time I looked at a 3DS demo, it had a game that did not interest me at all. Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7 will pretty much change that.

I can't answer that question because I don't know which one you're missing. there's no order.

I've beaten all levels with Mario and have Triple Crown Lives. I think that's it, I have four stars.

That's your problem, beat them all as Luigi. Triple Crown Lives whatever that is isnt needed.

That is just the special levels. I never used it anyway.

Yes. There are about just as many special levels as there are normal levels. Although I find it stupid how a few of the special levels are nearly identical to some of the normal levels.
