Wii U

Which do you think is better? (I'm still leaning towards 360 as I have palyed it and it was really fun).
I own none (planning on getting a U though) but Wii U will defiantly be more long term than a XBox 360.

I was asking him because he actually owns them. Also yeah Star Wars Kinect on Xbox looks cool and Halo but so does Nintendo Land and Rayman Legends.

the 360 still has some life in it, but its time is slowly going away

the next generation of video games have come with the wii u

and the 720 or whatever it'll be called as well as the PS4 should make for one interesting console war

but i can't help but feel that nintendo is going the sega route

they always revealed their technology before sony or nintendo could and look where that got them

Apart from Sega at the time hated Nintendo more than death.

No Yoshi, I didn't photograph my GCN, N64, DS Phat, and a few 3DS's on it.
It was meant to only show off the current Gen, 1 per type.

But on-topic, what I think, is this:
Nintendo = Easy to understand, but lacks features.
PlayStation = Great Online, but hard to understand.
Xbox = Lots of features, but most Online stuff are paid-only.

So, every Console has their good and bad stuff, but also remember, that they can't do cross-platform Online.
So if you want to do, for example, Sonic All Star Racing Transformed, you have the Wii U Version, another friend has the PS3 Version, and your neighbour has the Xbox 360 Version.
None of you can play together.

I know what you mean with the faults of consoles. I would of got a PS3 but Sony made a bad move and stopped backwards compatabilty with PS2 games so I'm sticking with PS2.Xbox is only starting to interest me now that I've played on one and liked it. With Wii U I like the look of it but its just come out so its very exspensive right now.

Okay, so say that I transfered data from my Wii to my Wii U. I have a lot of virtual console games on it, as well as Wiiware. My question is, if I transfered them, would I be able to play the games on the Wii U Tablet, or would I have to use a Wii Remote (Or a Classic Controller for N64 games)?

so you know what was weird

when i did the data transfer

i couldn't play my vc games

they were in the sd card

so i put the sd card back in my wii

.....still wouldn't work

so i have no vc games anymore basically

tried my uncles wii u the other day, man does it stink at running wii games  (unlike gamecube games on the wii)
nintendoland was alright, but that computer helper whatever her name is can be so annoying

Any stuff you ever downloaded will be available on Wii U after transfer.

Stuff that was in the Wii's memory will be re-downloaded immediately during transfer.
Stuff that was on SD-card will become unusable, but can be re-downloaded for free in the Wii Shop Channel.

Well, what I saw during the transfer is that after
the Pikmin came out the rocket
the Wii U downloaded stuff that was on my Wii already, so it doesn't copy any software to the SD-card.

actually it takes all your data from the wii AND NEVER GIVES IT BACK

so all that save data is gone

therefore if you wanna play brawl with a gamecube controller

get ready to see barely any characters

I am posting from Wii U, it is so pleasant to navigate on the internet with very fast speed, on bed, and having a play list for a youtube song above.

I'm posting from Wii U as well, but from my living room.
We are watching a TV program now, but I'm using Wii U at the same time.

I discovered something!

In the Wara Wara Plaza, you can find friends who didn't add you yet at the far borders of the screen.
Or it are people you follow, I'm not sure, but they aren't random.

So, everyone is saying the Internet is fast, but when I use it it's really slow. And my initial update only took half an hour to do, which is apparently really quick. I guess maybe my Internet on the computer is a lot faster than I thought?

I don't even know stuff like "Godverdomme", "Scheiße", or "Kurwa" will ever be marked as offensive.
If not, then I guess only English words are.

Edit:
"Kurwa" was seen as offensive, as I were testing this out.
"Godverdomme", however, wasn't.

Video is coming before noon.

My message was "Wat een dikkerd!"

Was deleted by an admin. Doubt these people don't know these words.
