I've added M&SG and Lemmy Koopa Girl, who have both added me. I've also added Awesome Koopa, Blocky, and Banjo - which those 3 haven't added me yet.

Actually, you're still marked as "Not Added" on my 3DS.
However, I was able to Update the TS, with Hypnotoad's Friend Code.
