'not added' means that you've added someone but they haven't added back. So, maybe someone accidentally messed up the FC when putting it in?
 
I don't think so, I have that one YH-CTR-CAP and that says added, and I have Yamihoshi, but it says "Privisionally registered friend"

That's the wrong code. It's 2836-0113-6085. That's what the problem must be.
 
It's indeed the wrong FC (I don't even know where that one came from).
And it's Updated.
