Sonic Generations

I really didn't like the underwater levels that the Sonic titles had, but I guess that's because Sonic lacks the ability to swim; I'm much more used to Mario series games.

No, PS3 and 360 versions are planned for early November, while 3DS and PC versions are planned for late November.

Actually, I think the PC digital download is releasing on the 1st or 4th of November depending on region.

Hopefully, this new demo will contain both Classic and Modern gameplay this time, instead of just one.

Sorry, I've misread, it's the 4th for PC, PS3, and 360, according to Sega themselves.
3DS is still 'later in November'.

The 3DS levels are too short.

Well we are comparing a system that uses 8 GB game cards to a system that uses 20+ GB Blu-ray discs (at least, I think that's how much Blu-rays hold).

Did you even read the article?
Demo # 2 for the game is available in Europe from October 19 through XBLA and PSN.

So, the demo sounds like it will be good.

Also, I don't think it's comfirmed, but there are rumours that the 3DS version is being delayed.
