Sonic Generations

No, Classic Sonic has never talked yet. Sonic Adventure and above are Modern Sonic.

You can get 115 S Ranks, That includes Challenges, Levels and Bosses. I might have added up wrong but it's something like that.

I still find it odd, because Classic Tails speaks, along with the original Dr. Robotnik; I refer to the modern counterpart as Dr. Eggman.

Apparently, they were going to try to get Jaleel White to voice Classic Sonic, but that didn't happen.

Classic Sonic does speak. In Sonic CD he says yes when you get an extra life.
He also says "I'm outta here!" if you wait around for a certain amount of time.

I just noticed something in this gmae similar to Unleashed. Egg Dragoon is the second to last boss in both games and Dark Gaia plays a similar role to the Time Eeater

Only this time Eggman (Or should I say both Eggmans) are controlling it. Instead of being another Monster of the year. Not that there wasn't a problem with that (Perfect Chaos and Biolizard was awesome). But there was a point where Modern Sonic games always had some true final boss that was some pure evil Eldritch Abomination instead of it being Eggman as the real evil behind the game as it used to be traditionally. Sonic Unleashed and Sonic 06 are both guilty of this. Oh and Shadow the Hedgehog as well I guess.

That was just a clever acting job. In the cutscene before we fight the Final Boss we clearly see both Classic and Modern Eggmans in a Cockpit on part of the Time Eater meaning that the Time Eater all along was another of Eggman's creations.

Ok how do you beat it?

I think the easiest way is to hold the boost button as much as you can. Because it's hard getting exactly where you need to refill your rings and if you're boosting you can attract rings as if you had a magnet. Holding Boost also gradually gets you closer so a certain spot you're supposed to hit. You must hit it multiple times and try to dodge all of his obstacles and attacks. It's also recommended that you stay in control of Modern Sonic for the entire thing.

I haven't played the final story of Shadow the Hedgehog to remember exactly. But it is the basic "Play as Super Sonic and try to ram into the big bosses' weak spot multiple times before you run out of rings" kinda thing. At least this time when you beat the story you can equip an option to play as Super Sonic in all of the normal levels. (Don't think it works in Boss or Rival battles. Shame too because it would of been kinda nice to kinda relive the Perfect Chaos battle as it happened in Sonic Adventure with Super Sonic or absolutely school Shadow, Metal Sonic, and Silver in rival battles.

I think it's the same as normal. It is a ring per second after all. Since this is Super Sonic we're talking about.

Played it, finished the story, done all the missions (not perfected though), working on the red rings.

Did anybody here like Classic Sonic's mannerisms? It was pretty neat, it was if exactly he was a classic character from cartoons that had no dialogue. Some of the moments I'll even dare say were pretty darn cute.

Such as in the ending cutscene where he tried to do a homing attack for the first time or something in front of Modern Sonic. Can't help but think that was kinda cute :')

Classic Tails wasn't too bad either.

I dunno, I felt he never really got much to do, to be honest. His talking classic cohorts got much more chance to shine and impact the story than he did, which is kinda bad when he was the joint star. :/

True but you still had to go through half the game as him (I guess not in Boss fights, that I know was a bit too unequal. It would of been neater if at least after you beat the story you could play as Classic Sonic in Modern Sonic's boss fights or even eachother's levels)

Is it like the Devil Doom fight?

Not exactly. You have to follow the Time Eater, dodge his attacks, switch between 3D/Modern Sonic and 2D/Classic Sonic.
The only thing similar to Devil Doom is that you are flying in a super form.

Anyway, I have been doing missions, and I have unlocked somthing that Yoshidude seems to want.
His World. I got it after completing 32 missions total.

Actually, Modern Eggman says that he found the monster, but he needed help controling it, which is why he went to Classic Eggman.
