I don't have Mii Outfit B or a goo chunk of the cars/bikes. Like, 6 or 7 missing. Also, I haven't finished 150cc completely I don't think.

I sll need a few Karts and Bikes but I don't care since I only use the Mach Bike,Wild Wing and Bowser Bike anyway.

You do need a 1 star overall rank if you want to get all of the GP related unlockables.

I 3 starred all the 50cc and 100cc cups, but at best, I've gotten 2 stars for most of the 150cc and Mirror cups, but I did get some 3 star ranks as well.

That does suck, since you need to star rank all the 150cc Nitro GP cups to get Dry Bowser. The other requirement is way more time consuming.

Good luck with that. By the way, you can easily unlock Rosalina if your Wii contains game data for Super Mario Galaxy. If you have the game data, just do 50 races, and you'll have her to use. The other requirement requires you to star rank ALL the Mirror GP cups.

Just checking. Sadly, to unlock all the vehicles, you have no choice but to star rank everything. The Jetsetter is beyond your grasp if you can't star rank all the 150cc Retro GP cups.

Practice, practice, practice. Just practice on all the 150cc tracks with the vehicles that you have. With enough patience and effort, you should be able to pull it off.
