*Trixie's Return: I've said I don't like Trixie before. But I have no problem with seeing her again. At least in Friendship is Magic a character that said they'd return one day actually does. Some cartoons do that because they're ended too early. So sounds nice, but I wonder what she'll do exactly
*More Derpy appearences: Wasn't expecting this to go away, but nice to see it confirmed to assure the worrywarts.
*Octavia rumored to be voiced and having a Duet with Rarity: That could be interesting, albeit I think this seems to imply that Octavia's no longer going to be a background pony. But an actual secondary/one-shot character. Especially if she gets a duet with Rarity.
*Fluttershy becoming a Dragon: That sounds quite interesting. I like it.
*More Crazy Ponies: Oh nice
*More Luna: Hopefully in more dosage then there was in Season 2.
*Twilight and Spike Song: I'm quite interested in that too. Spike's never sung in the show yet. But it sounds excellent to see those 2 get a song.

Sweet. Luna's one of my favorite characters/villains since she actually had a reason for being evil (I wouldn't say its a good reason, but I do find it semi-legit) and she gets to earn her happy ending with her Heel Face Turn.

I read that and I agreed with most of them but I will add that most of them come from over thinking the show because when you look at episode like the one with Trixie as it's presented Trixie is an arrogant pony who caused the problems, but when you actually think about it the opposite occurs yes Trixie is still arrogant but her arrogance is justified because shes a travelling entertainer and she really isn't the villain of the episode because she didn't try and hurt any one (except when the ponies tried to "humble" her) and she didn't intend for Snips and Snails to summon a giant bear.Don Pianta said:

I do agree with the The Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000 part. The Apple Family only won because Flim and Flam basically screwed themselves, or got overconfident/absent-minded (i.e. selling one of the later "bad barrels" rather than one of the earlier "good barrels") and Pinkie Pie being allowed to by a ton of cider. That's about it though.

There is proof. Trixie has shown to be pretty good at magic herself. But look at what Twilight did at the end of the episode. Or the magic she uses throughout most of Season 2. There's no possible way Trixie has just as much Magic skill as Twilight does. Twilight even before she was Celestia's student was studying magic days upon days (Something you didn't see because you didn't see all of Cutie Mark Chronicles). In the same flashback, Celestia tells Twilight that she's never seen a Unicorn with such raw abilities. And that was when Twi was just a filly, and we can be rest assured that Celestia has seen alot of Unicorns in her +1000 year lifetime. Celestia took her as her student to teach her to control it more and obviously with age, becomes even better at it.
Perhaps Trixie could be better then most Unicorns herself. But the big fact is that Twilight's very talent is Magic should be a dead giveaway. The only ponies that we know of that are more powerful then Twilight are probably Celestia and Luna.
Trixie could be holding back for the safety of her audience I mean she is a travelling magician. Also all that really proved was that Twilight is better in times of pressure it doesn't prove that she knows more spells or more magic then TrixieNorthern Verve said:

But the end of Boast Busters still stands. What did Trixie do against the Ursa Minor? All she did was use rope that tied 2 fingers of the beast which didn't last long. Twilight steps in and with all the magic she can muster she not only puts the bear to sleep, she levitates it quite a long distance while at the same time giving it milk (In a large Water Tower no less) and sending it back to it's home.
That should of made it obvious which of the 2 was far more superior in Magic talent. As Trixie can't possibly do all that
