I hate to hear stories of Bronies who just have to hide their like of the show as if it was porn because of where they live or how it would affect their reputation. (Well besides the people that do draw or look for Pony porn... but that's besides the point). I feel lucky I don't have to deal with that because my family's fine with it. My mom lets me watch the new episode on TV every day it premieres (Because right now we only have one TV with Dish).

It's also even more annoying to hear how some church groups (Similar to when they called Pokemon "satanic") are saying that all Bronies are secret Pedophiles that are only liking the show to lure children. Mason said he has a psychiatrist that believes that. And that's just stupid.

Ironically, I wanted to buy a Fluttershy doll, but both my dad AND my mom discouraged me from doing so. I'm not feeling any shame from it, and I even worked up the nerve to walk into the My Little Pony section of my local Target. Unfortunately, my whole family was there, including my younger sister, who wouldn't even let me look at Winnie the Pooh!

It's rather the stupidest reason to dislike it. Yes it is for girls but that doesn't mean it can't appeal to the other gender. As long as the show is of high quality you can gain fans from any demographic. Even ones outside the target demographic.

That happens to every series. Look at poor Hermione: she's paired up with every single character in the Potter Universe.

I think getting shipped with everyone (Though in the Fanbase Rainbow Dash and Big Mac fill that spot pretty much) is a tad different from being portrayed as a serial killer in a fanbase-wide infamous fanfic.

I haven't read it but I heard about how it's known as one of the worst fanfics ever written.

My Immortal is brilliant. It's better at being bad than any other fic I've ever read.

Poor Pinkie will forever be a victim of fanfiction. You can't go on a single Youtube video about her without a majority of the comments being "lol cupcakes". That's the one piece of fanon that just drives me up the damn wall.

While, I do agree with this for the most part, the story was still very interesting and well written.

but the cupcakes story is FireEevee Approved so that means it's a quality story with gore and and torture there. That means that I am sadistic so hell yeah. *dances*
