I think there's a room to the right of that room where you have to defeat all of the enemies to make a treasure chest with the boomerang appear. I think you need that Zora person to get into the room.

If you are looking for a key or something, it is very helpful to look at the map to see which rooms have treasure chests in them, and then try to get to those rooms. You need the compass and map first to do that, though.

Now head to the Temple of Time but make sure you have learned the song of time.
 
Go to castle town and you should see a cutseen on the way with Ganondorf chasing Zelda and Impa, after it ends, under the drawbridge you find the ocarina of time then you automaticly learn the song of time.

The ReDeads don't appear until after you learn the Song of Time, so I don't know what you mean. You have to go to the Castle Town, even if the drawbridge is down.

I did learn the song of time. Then Sheik was said to get equipped and go to Kakariko Village. At least I think she said that.....

Ohhh. Ok, go to the Graveyard and you'll find the Hookshot under Dampe's grave. His grave looks like all the others, so you'll have to search.

Edit:
Also, after you get the hookshot, you can either go to the Forest Temple in Saria's hideout, or to the Fire Temple on Death Mountain. A Goron rolling around in that Goron place will give you the red tunic so you can enter the crater with the entrance to the Fire Temple.
