Im still a bit stuck on OOT3D

I think he might be entering the Water Temple but will never leave.
 
I'm replaying the game with the online guide (to get EVERYTHING) and while I was playing Queen Gohma, she took TEN SECONDS. Then the 3D effect totally screwed up.
I hated the Shadow Temple...
 
I'm stuck on the Shadow Temple in Master Quest. I don't remember what to do. I'm in a room where there are a bunch of silver rupees and a big, invisible knife thingy that spins around. One of the rupees is floating in the air, and there's not even a platform hidden under it. There's nothing to grab onto with my longshot, either.

What do you need help on? I remember I was stuck there for a while. It's kind of weird because in MQ you have to complete the temple backwards. I think you get the bombs early in the temple.

You don't get the heart containers after beating the boss then,
