Anyhow, now that this smiley craze is somewhat over, should we ask Porple about that Hurt and Heal/KO a Character/Vote to Win board now?

When sending messages, can we have a function to not use smileys like when we are posting?

If it's for Shroom sections (I have the feeling that may be the case), you can use
Code:
 tags.
You mean [nobbc]
Code:
[/nobbc] tags?

On the thread A word on spam, the second-last paragraph mentions rule 4. I believe that it's a mistake and it should actually give reference to rule 5, because rule 4 is about grammar/spelling. Rule 5 is about derailing threads, which is what the paragraph is talking about.

While we're talking about the possible creation of new boards, I'd like to suggest having a child board for the board HelpDesk whose sole purpose should be to contain solved requests — threads whose main issue has been satisfactorily addressed are to be immediately put in this new child board. I think this is a beneficial action because if you'll look at the Topic Storage, you'll see many threads that once were in HelpDesk placed. Furthermore, having a child board for solved issues makes it easier to see what's already been answered, so people hopefully won't create threads that have already been created before.

^that's a good idea, it'll make it easier to check through already answered topics just in case you accidentally miss a topic before asking the question yourself.

This other forum i'm on has something like that,I think it's a great idea.

This has been suggested before, but how about a sub board for Hurt and Heal/Vote to Win/KO a Character/etc games? Those threads are pretty popular and take up like half of the Forum Games board, and I feel there's enough to warrant their own board at this point.

In my opinion, it seems kind of unnecessary to split the board, and from a quick skim of the Forum Games board (accurate analysis!), there's only about six hurt and heal/vote to win/KO a Character games running at the moment, so I don't think there'd be enough activity in it to justify it's own board.

There's only four mafias running right now.

I don't know the games. What would this board be called? It has to distinguish what would go in it vs. the regular board.
