I think you may be talking about "Imagination" or whatever it's called where Spongebob & Patrick are in that bo- LEEDLE LEEDLE LEEDLE LEE-x.....that was weird.....anyway, They were in that box and Squidward was driven insane with Box fever.

There was a deleted scene from Just One Bite that hasn't been aired since the first ever airing.
Squidward tries to get into the Krusty Krab, oil falls under his feet, and fire drops. He gets into Spongebob's grill room...whatever it is, and more oil falls, BURNING HIM TO A CRISP.....and then he's unscathed next to the patty vault. :P It's on Youtube.
