Well, I'm re-reading the series. Any good work should be read twice so you can find all the hints. That said, I'm going to have to read this a third time when it's done.

Anyway, on the new update, it makes me realize how when Homestuck was created, bronies didn't exist.

Oh damn, I didn't see that typo. Maybe it's best just for me to refer to him as 'Smashy'. Less chances of typos that way. I usually notice most of my typos, but my dyslexia seems to be much more pronounced when using a keyboard.

Almost certainly already noticed but Nanna's text is the same color as Jane's, which pretty much confirms that Nanna=Jane.
