On-topic: I've given up on Homestuck after it just started to get interesting at the end of Act 3 only to throw that goddamned piece of shit Intermission in my face and waste even more of my free time. You guys are masochists, I swear.

I hate people who skip parts of books just because they were 'too slow and boring'. If you're gonna do that, don't read. Also, I rather liked that intermission (see, on-topic) (it is the one with all the Felt and Midnight Crew right). Sure it was confounding in its time-based twists and turns but it was a fun distraction imo. But then again, I just like rampant destruction and loved trying to keep up with the clock-breaking. That it turned out to be important to the plot later on made it even better, since while the others who skimmed it earlier had to re-read it, I was fine to be smug.

....I was about 8 when I read the whole LOTR trilogy. Didn't skim a single thing. Plus I have some tiny versions of the books that have such a tiny font and 800+ pages. Grow up. Skipping parts and skim-reading indeed.Lily said:
