Okay, here's a crazy theory: uu is Lord English.
First of all, he has the "master" class of time. And LE has amazing time travelling powers
Secondly, well, the appearance and the blood color are the same.
I don't have many things to support this though X_x

Thirdly, the Lord English cycle has not yet completed, thus introducing a new villain, as Hussie appears to be doing with uu, would not be the wisest idea.

Looks like he used some kind of peculiar indigo ink (Equius's blood). Everything about him, like where he came from, information about his manipulative right hand man, his agenda, his abilities, his name... all of it has been voided out.

This is exactly what the fanbase said. And UU represents the fanbase. However:

That would be totally messed up - Calliope killed her own dream self and also has a split personality that leads to chess games that are messed up, is messaging herself on two computers, and also has a blackrom crush on herself.

Which is so complex and messed up that it's exactly what Hussie would do.
