Me personally, I don't really think I'd need to even try and get a girlfriend for a good 4-5 Years. Since I'm 13 right now, almost 14, by then, I'll be older and then I'll think about it. Young Relationships never work out. Like, Ever.

Hardly. You still got time, I'm running out of time.

I'd just like to say that my sister is happily married. Since age 37.

18.

I don't know why they waited so long between children either.

Yes, she is.

But uh, my point in bringing her up is that you are not actually running out of time to find a husband. I think that that mindset is unhealthy, because if you think you're running out of time you could rush into marriage with "Mr. Just-Alright", and then where will you be when "Mr. Perfect" comes along?

I see where you are coming from, 2257. I just want that perfect one to come soon though. And I don't want to get married too late, because I would want to have kids as well.

I had a great night last night, TWO boys danced with me at the disco after the sea cadet dinner, the guy i like was one of them.

At the disco he danced with me twice, plus another boy did for a bit of fun.
Yeah, well I'm so glad my crush hasn't danced with me yet. I hate dancing and if I know my school they'll bring up "Nabber likes her!" thing again. It died down this year but last year somebody gave her flowers (No iPad, I did not mean fester owners) anonymously (and spelled her name wrong in the process.) Guess who was the main suspect?
It's not that I wouldn't love to give flowers to her, but I'm not really ready to go out with her yet. Right now I just want to be friends and I'll make my move when I'm ready.

@Nabber--I like what you said about you wanting to make the move when you are ready. Don't feel forced into something when you aren't comfortable :)

I feel the same. Which is why I've never had a dance. What annoys me is that at my schools dances, there is a kid who always likes to play matchmaker and it's really annoying.

Oh school dances, kids act stupid at them. I never bothered going to the homecoming dances and Prom in high school--I don't regret it one bit.

I've only been to two school dances. (Not including middle school.) One was super awkward, and consisted of me sitting at a table with a very cranky pessimistic couple, and snacking on cold food. The other one I was on a date, and it was lots of fun. (It was prom.) :D

Except, at the end of it, when we were getting into my car to go home, I leaned over to kiss her, and...got a bloody nose. ._. All over my rental tux. Fortunately, she was an anime fan, and liked me, so it worked out, but it was SUUUUPER awkward. .-.

Or, you know, just about every anime ever to exist.

It was the first one that came to mind.

You can't make out with someone if you're not dating them. Usually.
