I have absolutely no idea how to change the "Now Playing" list.

When you edit your games, there's a checkbox for Now Playing. Check it to make it appear on the list. It only shows your 3 most recent ones that you checked as Now Playing though.

Well, you can put as many games in Now Playing as you want, but your sig will only show the first three on the list

I barely have over 50% beaten/completed. Although, a good chunk are Game Boy games that are horrible or 3DS Virtual Console games that are pretty boring.

I just have so many games that I never got around to fully beating. I'll work on them slowly but steadily, at least.

Maybe he thinks by "Last mission beaten" it means you've beaten the final mission.
