No, because Scratch says that Jack would be challenged but not outmatched.

He does say that he doesn't know for sure, though. But Terezi kills Vriska because fighting Jack would lead to all of their deaths, and while she never says that Vriska would die too, I think it can be inferred.

(Trolls have poisoned tusks, are more powerful than gorillas, and have a thick layer of hair that greatly reduces damage. And Butler is a human, albeit the third most powerful human on Earth.)
