I send out a Dugtrio and have it's Arena Trap ability trap everybody. Then I send out an Alakazam and have it use Psychic to lift up the throne and give it to me.

Of course, but I had put a trap on hime which is a time bomb which exploded just when he returned to you. Also, I'm inmune to the time bomb and to Hypnotoad(due to my partial Weegee powers), so you can't do much about that either. I defeat Baby Time in the double battle and take the throne.

I never said Pikachu died, I just said the time bomb exploded. Besides, you're contradicting yourself saying he's and he's not dead. Pikachu may be inmune to the time bomb, but I have Ground/Steel armor, rendering most of his attacks near useless against me.

I use the Sneaky Parasol to disguise myself as Peach so Bowser will kidnap me. Then I knock one of the guards unconsious and disguise myself as him. I find the throne and take a warp pipe back to the Mushroom Kingdom and take another warp pipe back to Mellowbrook.
