Hey, PEACH was almost the final boss in TTYD... But still, I doubt Luigi will be a final boss again so soon after SPM. I think the final boss will be a new character; my current (and serious) theory is Princess Rosetta. (Well, serious enough. She at least seems like a good candidate.)
 
We all know who the final boss will be... Toad; under his adorableness is a terrible evil little monster who feasts on souls. But seriously, it will probably be Princess Rosetta.
