New Super Mario Bros. 2

I'm still deciding on if I should get the retail copy or merely download the game. While the download does temporarily award your Club Nintendo account 100 coins, it is flawed in that you can't play it on the other 3DS systems. The game card only offers you 50 coins, but you do get to keep your game data if you switch to a different 3DS system.

You just sort of half answered your own question.

Choice #1: Download, Get Points, Only for your 3DS (Not that you need it for another)
Choice #2: Buy, Get a Cover, For any 3DS (Still, you're mostly going to be playing it on your own 3DS, and chances are, your not going to need it 24/7)

This game came out this night, in Europe.
Australia has it probably now too, and America is coming in 2 days.

It should be.... Maybe 3 days until I get it. I checked the website and it said despatched yesterday. And usually pre-orders only take the minimum ammount of days to arrive.

I'm quite sure that the retail copy and the downloadable copy will cost the exact same amount of money.

Actually, I think i saw on a video that there's a chance that the download copy may be more expensive. It was Hard News I think.

Someone who lives in Australia said it was more money on the e-shop there.

In the US they're the same. That's all I know though. :3

Don't forget, that everything in Europe is more expensive, than in America, and everything in Australia is yet again more expensive, than in Europe.

I've been paying $100 AUD per game ever since I started buying games. Handhelds are usually a little less, but not enough. PC games are usually about 10% less than the console counterpart to make up for this. And (I could be wrong) we also tend to get more preorder bonuses (like the Gold Coin that came with NSMB2) according to what I've read.

It's $70 both in-store and eShop.

They raised the price by two dollars and now I can't get it.

EDIT: Actually they didn't but when I go to buy the game it says I can't buy it because I don't have enough money.

Probably because of local sales tax.

I should be getting this game later this morning, once I put some money on my 3DS.

Yeah I used a tax calculator and now its sales tax. I'll see if I can't swindle my parents into letting me get it.

Here: www.ozgameshop.com

This will make things a lot cheaper. Games I would get for $80 at a shop, is $50 on here. As long as you're fine with waiting a few working days before it arrives.
