Mine had a file where it was just the image, this one doesn't.

Save that image to your computer.
Then click on Profile. Modify Profile > Forum Profile, and then you should see a section for your signature. Upload the saved image to imgur or tinypic, paste the link in an img template and you're done.

Why would one save an image to a computer, upload it to a image-host and then use it as url-avatar when one simply can save it and upload it directly to the forums?
