Pokemon X and Pokemon Y

Does someone know others things than elite four and rival to level up quickly Pokémons?

Battle Chateau (as you beat people, you face stronger Pokémon). According to serebii, the highest-leveled Pokémon there are level 80. Not sure how long it takes to get there, though. The highest level at mine is 45. Maxing out affection also helps.

I try going to the area with toughest wild Pokemon. For example: Cerrulean Cave in Red/Blue and Mt. Silver in SoulSilver/HeartGold (actually, I don't know if Mt. Silver is in the latter, but I'll assume so.)

Do you have to pay invites (50 000, so expensive) to get stronger trainers, or just fight trainers and wait?

They'll get stronger up to a point without writs (once you're Grand Duke/Duchess, apparently they'll be at 60). The good news is that as your rank increases, the number of trainers does, so it shouldn't be too hard to raise 50,000 (oh, and like with your rival, battling these people is something you can do every day).

Also, my personal favorite is the "Le Wow" restaurant.

Pay 100k to get in and you get about 50k in prize money as well as around 15-20 balm mushrooms on most runs which sell for 6.25k each. Pokemon are Lv.63 and if you use the EXP or Prize money O-power before starting, it is guaranteed to last for all five battles.

Easiest method for leveling up that I use is using Exp Power Level 3 before fighting the champion. The effect lasts the whole fight. If you're using a traded Pokemon holding Lucky Egg and Max Affection during this time, you'll get like 60000+ EXP. The Elite Four may be easy this time around, but they still give pretty nice EXP.

Yeah, but that requires fighting the Elite 4 over and over.

So?

The Elite 4 are fun to battle (I haven't gotten there yet in X yet, but all the other generations it was fun to battle them to get major Exp points).

Slacker. Why can't you get through it in three days like everyone else?

I'm in college. I have midterms right now for the semester. And plus I like taking my time instead of playing it for 24/7 for 3 days and then not playing it much since I beat it.

I mean, if I wanted to, I could finish the 8th gym and go beat the Elite 4, but right now I'm trying to collect Pokemon and stuff.

Why can't you be a lazy disappointment like 95.6% of college students?

I feel like my Gen VI team is awful. Meowstic, Delphox, and Pangoro die really easily, and Blastoise can't dish out much damage despite tanking really well. Pangoro deals a ridiculous amount of damage but can't take any neutral hits.

Maybe the game is just harder? I don't know, but I'm definitely looking forward to importing my battle-hardened Gen V mons so I can actually start winning battles easily.
You fucking with me this game is way easier not only does it keep the reusable tm's (ugh) but it also throws in that battle mansion which allows you to get lot's of money fairly quickly (it's why I have 99 potions and super potions) the game also just allows you to play minigames to raise stats and petting your pokemon leads to exp boosts.
Maybe you just picked shitty pokemon jack

Does anyone's friend safari have a Togepi?

I'd really love a Togepi

:^(

Don't worry friend, for I too am blessed with a shitty pokesafari.

Why are you even complaining about reusable TMs? That is literally the best thing that could happen to the Pokémon series. It sucked that after you used a TM you had to battle a gazillion times to get another one of the same move (Earthquake for example, which was the most expensive) and others got even worse, to the point that you couldn't find any other TM of the same move in the whole game ever again. TMs should have been reusable since the very first game. It was stupid that you could only use them once.

I don't agree with you that the game is easier (well, okay, the Super Training thing is), but it's definitely true that I picked horrible Pokemon.

Like I said, I trained my Gen V mons well and it'll be fun to wreck everything with them.

It removes both strategy and difficulty from an already easy game so yeah I hate the fuck out of it (also I can't sell them any more to buy revives which is bullshit)

you say it makes it easier, but you play through the game by using revives fifty thousand times

i don't think that makes you a good judge of difficulty

TMs having unlimited uses actually does help, since there are Pokemon who can learn Earthquake, but can't get the attack through breeding. Besides, the TMs no longer restore PPs, which evens things out.
