guys I had a dream relating to the gen 5 pokemon movie.

sylveon was in it as one of the protagonist's pokemon.
Did you see my post involving the movie and Sableye?
ya I did.

As you may know, the anime usually promotes stuff for the games. Well, on the poster for the upcoming anime film (with Mewtwo and the shiny Genesect) there is a Sableye. No one has count one in the anime yet, so it won't appear until near the end of the Black and White anime. Something similar happend with Ash's Aipom. It appeared closets the end of the gen iii anime and followed Ash to Sinnoh. The whole reason he was brought in was to introduce its evolution, Ambipom. Something similar may happen with Sableye and he follow Ash to the Gen 6 region and evolve.

TL;DR Sableye may get an evolved form.

TL;DR Eviolite Sableye

Hey, I just thought of something...

Just like they did with BW and B2W2, maybe X and Y's three installment will be dx and dy (or x' and y'). Get it? #derviatives

Oh god no

I'd prefer if they just left it at z. I hate having to choose between two third instalments.

Yeah I prefer it when they release two different versions, and then later release a third to tie them all nicely together.

If they did that, I would be so happy.

What?! No!! Then you would have spent lots of money in different games when you can just buy the last one. Those third versions are the biggest swindle EVER.

Face it, there's going to be an inevitable third version. Besides, the third versions aren't exactly the same game and I still get enjoyment out of them (i.e. Platinum vs Diamond/Pearl and B2/W2 vs Black/White).

It's all a matter of choice. If you want to wait 2-3 years for the third version, that's fine, but there are some people like myself that are too impatient to do so.

Besides, it's going to be X2 ans Y2.

I'm not arguing with the concept of a third version, I'm arguing with the concept of third versions

I don't mind choosing between the first two versions, but I hate choosing the last versions, because they differed a lot when B2W2 came out. I'd rather not have a repeat of that.

I don't think those are going to be the names. They're too complicated for kids, which are the targeted audience. I'd like that Game Freak surprised us like they did by putting out sequels instead of versions, but this time, not putting anything out at all. Just give us X and Y, and that's it. Now, they should be very complete games. I'd also like a remake of Ruby and Sapphire.

Exponents are too complicated for kids? What a world.

It's obviously going to be √X and and √Y, or - which would make RandomYoshi faint in excitement - is XΠ YΠ.

Actually, to be honest, people were kind of like "It's obviously going to be Pokemon Gray" when they were waiting for the third installment, and I think Nintendo wanted to laugh at us so they didn't do what we expected them to do, which was make two third installments. So, if we hope for two third installments, maybe they will make Z, instead of some complex two game name stuff.

And yet they'll still somehow surprise us by making the third installment something else, like Π or Ө or even Ω. Nitendo likes to try to make us not right and not be predictable.

That is why we must share all our ideas so that one of us will be like "Called it".

Pokémon:
Z
X2 and Y2
Grey
Purple
Red 2 and Blue 2
Brown
Sandwich Shop
Justin Bieber
Rainbow
Unchained
X 2: X Harder
Miami Vice
Morgan Freeman
Hammer and Sickle
3: Luigi Buys Some Eggs
We Ran Out of Names
We Ran Out of Ideas
Goomba and Shoe

There. That's probably every possibility.

YOU FORGOT ABOUT ORANGE!

FOR ALL WE KNOW, IT COULD BE PURPLE & ORANGE, AND YOU WOULD ONLY BE HALF RIGHT!

Is it the most disappointing establishment to a beloved franchise until the Last Airbender?

Of course they're too complicated. Six year-olds don't even know how to read that. They have to be catchy, simple names so kids can easily name them.

I dunno. The franchise says they are aimed at the children, but the ones that actually like Pokemon are the ones that have really good patience for the game. I mean, it can be hard to focus sometimes when you are training your Pokemon and you spend an hour of just walking through grass and pressing a few buttons to defeat your opponent. Plus, there's a lot of walking, and basically as long as you can tolerate and actually see the wonder of the series, there are many kids that don't. I mean, so many kids are very hyper and all about the gun shooting and racing and all-action-packed stuff.

To be honest, Nintendo fans in general I believe are a lot more patient and understanding gamers than the ones that are strictly Xbox and PS players. Lots of their games are just shooting, adventure/action, and some rpgs here and there, but Nintendo has such a wider assortment of genres (well, a lot more assortment of children-aimed genres) and it requires a more understanding of the games in order to truly appreciate it. With shooting games, you just shoot and kill, and that's all there really is to it. Pokemon, you have to strategize, where you must decide what is the best move to take, which type is affected by which, figuring out how to make sure the battle ends quicker and with the least amount of damage taken...all of that in a matter of seconds.

I think Nitendo players are the more mature gamers on that basis, even though the more adult-aimed games are not on Nintendo.

All that is very true, but that doesn't change that the targeted audience is the children. They're the ones who buy the games the most. The adult fanbase isn't as big.

I don't mind having two versions of the second game, it encourages people to buy the first game as well instead of just waiting for the rerelease.

I don't know, I don't imagine a kid asking their mother, "What does X2 mean?". It has the word "Pokemon" on it, and frankly, that's all that matters.

Besides, I don't think the same six-year-old would know what basic jewels (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Pearl) or metals (Gold, Silver, Platinum) are anyways.
