Pokemon X and Pokemon Y

Am I the only one who actually likes Chespin's final evo the best? I actually think it looks really neat, although a bit weird and unusual.

You're probably not. It's not as bad as Chespin's second stage, but I don't like it. BUT, I'm not the entire world.

I find Chespin's final form to be the best as well.

Froakie's final form is the second coolest, and Fennekin lost me a long time ago in the second evolution stage.

I'm not really big on any of the final evos. Froakie's is the best, I guess.

I'm probably going to get either Froakie or Fennekin. Never was interested in Chespin.

I don't like Chespin's evolution line and plus I tend to hate the Grass type starters anyways (except for the Bulbasaur line but it's technically also part Poison lol).

IMO Flying/Normal types should just be pure Flying. I see no excuse for them to not be a pure Flying, all Normal does for them is remove a Fighting resistance and give a Ghost immunity... Removing a Fighting resistance is kind of a bad idea to me especially since it's so common, and a Ghost immunity... Eh.

Plus we have (Tornadus? I haven't played Gen 5, but I do know some things on it so correct me if I'm wrong) as pure Flying and we already know what happens when it uses Roost; it becomes Normal. :p

Also please don't tell me those with a Mega Evolution can hold an Eviolite... I'm hoping that's not the case. .__.

Don't you mean can't? I hate to bring this up, but I'm afraid that that's how mega evolutions will be implemented; the Pokemon has to either be fully evolved, or not able to use the Eviolite, to be able to mega evolve.

Besides, when you think about it, Mega Pokemon can't even use items like the Choice Band or Life Orb.

I like Chespin's final evo. Froakie's is alright I guess, I didn't see Water/Dark coming. Fennekin's was obvious.

I guess if Chespin3 is Grass/Fighting then I'll have to ditch that Panda pokemon I thought about using. I guess I still haven't got a definite team yet. All I know is I'm using Chespin, Squirtle & Honedge.

I think the Mega Stones are held items so it would be obvious that they can't hold the Eviolite. I'm not sure, though.

Delphox looks horrible. Chespin3 and Greninja are awesome, though.
fixed that for ya buddy

also how exactly are you able to get a Kanto starter Pokemon? Is it an event or something?

The Kalos starter is given to you by one your rival/friends at the start. When you meet the professor later on he gives you one of the Kanto starters.

so you get two Pokemon just like that? sweet!

Alright, Froakie and Charmander, let's get it on!

If any of you are curious about my favourite starters from each generation...

Charmander
Cyndaquil
Treeko
Piplup
Oshawatt
Froakie

Mine would be;

Charmander
Totodile
Treecko
Turtwig
Snivy
Chespin

It seems I've turned into a grass starter guy. I'm not too fond of a lot of grass pokemon but I'm fine with the starters (except Chikorita). I only dislike Chikorita, Tepig & Fennekin among the starters.

Look who's getting a Mega Evolution:

Don't plan on using it, but I guess that's neat. I just like the designs of the Mega Pokemon in general so more potentially cool-looking ones are fine by me.

All of the new Pokemon shown so far:

Want to use: Chespin Family, Squirtle Family, Honedge Family

Might use: Fossil Pokemon, Fletchling Family, Pancham Family, Eeveelution (Umbreon, Glaceon or Sylveon)

Want to give the heads up that if Aerodactyl does, for sure, have a Mega Evolution, than the image that GP posted a few weeks ago is for sure fake. Aerodactyl was not on that image.

Nintendo flew a representative out this afternoon and went to the local game shop where I picked up X. The Nintendo rep had said heads were rolling at Nintendo because of the leaks. I gave up my copy of the game to try and help keep the local game shop out of trouble and to keep my friend from losing his job. – kosthedin

Shit is going down. #Nintendo'd

Nintendo isn't going to stop the leaks no matter how hard they try.

I WANT GOOMY.

NOW.

So is that supposed to be Mega Gengar? Have to say... it's pretty damn neat looking.

By the way... what's the symbol between the "42" and male symbol in that last image?

Eh, the Aerodactyl Mega Evolution looks kinda crappy. I want a Goomy though.

It indicates that the Pokemon is Mega-Evolved. There's a little DNA helix inside the circle.

Ohh OK, that's what I thought it meant. Thanks.

Also, "Morpheus"? Is that just a nickname or is there actually a Pokemon named that, at least an unannounced one?
