the item system does suck but honestly the rest of the game is so good i dont care

My thoughts "I'm good at Splatoon. Now I'm terrible at Mario Kart 8." because of that dang item distribution online. Mushrooms were everywhere even when I'm like, 8th or below.

Aaaand, 200cc is now boring.

Change "Baby Park" to "Classic Rainbow Road".

heavyweights only bikes only no items

everything with a glider is banned
everything with a shortcut not involving mushrooms is banned
3 part courses are counterpicks (even though they all use the glider at some point i think)
flamehopping is banned
fun is banned

In 200cc, that's the lightweights who are viable.

Even heavyweights can potentially dominate the 200cc. It does take a massive amount of effort to pull off, but it's doable, as some of the online races that I've seen has proven this.

I once played 200cc with a Heavyweight in Versus (actually more of a Cruiserweight, because it's Waluigi) using a Speed vehicle (Sports Coupe with Slick), and I feel like I got a good amount of points (427 out of 480). It felt harder to control, as I got a lower rank in some races like Neo Bowser City (6th). However, quite a number of my wins were mere inches away like in Twisted Mansion, so I guess the higher speed afforded by this class is beneficial in that sense.

Add Pink Gold Peach and/or the Koopalings to that as well and you really have it :V

It's why I've always joked that the next character they should add is Baby Metal Koopalina (Rosalina in the form of a Koopaling)

- A troll character.
- Roster balance. [It looks unbalanced. (5 adults + 5 babies = 10 homo sapiens) : 4 power-up versions : 9 Koopa family/relatives : 3 enemy species : 2 Toads : 2 Wa's : 1 Kong : 1 dino : 3 guests]
- Nintendo 'character gushing' (TV trope) the 'ensemble darkhorse' (also TV trope), which is Rosalina.
