Cross-eyed? He doesn't look anything of the sort. I drew it directly over the Diddy Kong from Mario Power Tennis. He's ;ooking at a direction.

I'll attempt at a Dry Bowser again....

Maybe you should try doing tracing of Dry Bowser with File:Dry Bowser MSOWG.jpg
