User Quiz - End: Mario4Ever wins - Thank you for playing!

Re: User Quiz

I feel like M4E and I are going to be doing this for a long time and then when we are both at 1 we get a question we have no idea about and we both get it wrong.

Re: User Quiz

That or we call it off before then and just accept a tie (not proposing that right now since I'm not at 1 yet).

Re: User Quiz

Funny, I was thinking of that exact question number.

Re: User Quiz

If you both get wrong with one life remaining, I think I will continue, unless you are fine with a tie.

Re: User Quiz

Got fast answers. Question 19 was:

When did occur the sinking of the Titanic?

A. 1906
B. 1908
C. 1910
D. 1912

The answer was D.

BMB: D
Mario4Ever: D

Re: User Quiz

Will this ever end.

Re: User Quiz

Question 20 has been sent out. Thanks to Smg2daisy for giving me this question.

Re: User Quiz

It's time for the results. Question 20 was:

Which of these phases of the meiosis the chromosomes are arranged at the cell equator and the spindle fibres are attached to the centromere?

A. Telophase II
B. Metaphase I
C. Anaphase II
D. Metaphase II

The answer was D.

BMB: used pass joker
Mario4Ever: B

Now BMB and Mario4Ever have only one life remaining. This is the last line! Believe in your knowledge!

Re: User Quiz

Fuck. Don't start celebrating yet, BMB.

I'm not. That question was killer. I had no idea what it was asking.

Had I not used my pass, I would have said C, and then that would have been the end.

That was something about the cell divisions, you surely saw that in school.

Re: User Quiz

I've seen that before, so I knew it was either Metaphase I or II, but apparently my memory failed me after not learning biology for three years.

Re: User Quiz

We touched the topic of Mitosis with the metaphase, Anaphose, Telophase, and Interphase, and learned the different steps in between, but I never knew there was a I or II for some of the phases.

Re: User Quiz

That's because you're thinking of just mitosis, whereas the question dealt with meiosis.

Re: User Quiz

Tee hee hee
Cell Division is my favourite chapter
That is as easy as hell

Re: User Quiz

Yes
Perhaps they lose together and no winner for this

BMB: You forgot Prophase, which when spindle fibres appear between the centrioles, chromosomes condense and become shorten and thicken, and the break down of nucelous and nuclear envelop
Mario4Ever: The only difference between Metaphase I and II is in Metaphase I it should be homologous chromosomes but not chromosomes.

Re: User Quiz

If they lose together then I say again what I said:
