I'm not in this but watching M4E and BMB is the most entertaining thing in the world.

I'm glad someone's entertained.

Re: User Quiz

Since more people than the contestants are interested in this, I will do stories now.

The competition was at its paroxysm. It started with eight participants, two of them gave up, and four have lost. After more than twenty questions, there were two contestants remaining, a quiz veteran who showed a great knowledge; BMB. And a new one, it was his first quiz but he proved he was a strong player; Mario4Ever. They both managed to reach it so far. They are almost at equality, both with one life, and with one joker though differents. One error would be the end for one of them.

I went to interview the two players. First BMB.

Cirdec: Hey BMB.
BMB: Hi Cirdec.
Cirdec: You managed to survive twenty questions, and only fail to the hard ones. How do you feel?
BMB: Good. And I would be perfect if you didn't give me the super complex math problem!
Cirdec: Hehehe. You are known to have a lot of knowledge, but you found a tough opponent. Do you fear Mario4Ever could beat you?
BMB: No, he started to show signs of weakness. I will beat him.
Cirdec: So no fear?
BMB: No fear!

Then Mario4Ever.

Cirdec: Hey Mario4Ever.
Mario4Ever: Hi.
Cirdec: You did a record, you got right to sixteen questions in a row, with two hards.
Mario4Ever: Thank you.
Cirdec: Unfortunately you recently failed to two question, and BMB is on a streak. Do you think you can beat BMB?
Mario4Ever: He showed he was a good and determined player, I believe we will struggle again and again. But I will do my best, and win this.
Cirdec: You sure?
Mario4Ever: Yes.

The two players are determined. Remember, one error and it's the end for you. Believe in your knowledge.

Question 21 has been sent out.

Re: User Quiz

I think is how the interview for me would go.

"I'm doomed to probably lose because I'm already struggling to answer the questions, so I have little to no doubt M4E will win, but it's a matter of how long I can hold off his victory."

Re: User Quiz

The answers have been given. Question 21 was:

What is the minimal temperature, in degree Celsius?

A. -195.79 °C
B. -273.15 °C
C. -459.67 °C
D. -887.45 °C

The answer was B.

BMB: B
Mario4Ever: B

They got the answers again, with no hesitation. That was not surprising after all. The competition still holds.

Re: User Quiz

That's equivalent, absolute zero is by definition the minimal temperature.

Just use the question I sent to you to end this

I will think about it if they continue to get my questions.

Here we go again, come you both and take the next question. Let's see how much tenacious you are. Believe in your knowledge.

Question 22 has been sent out.

Yeah...you might want to use that question SD2 gave you Cirdec...

If so I think you will regret it. :D

The answers have been very fast and with no doubts. It seems like they both get the right answer again. Let's check it.

Question 22 was:

As a percentage, what is approximately the proportion of the oceans in the surface of Earth?

A. 61%
B. 66%
C. 71%
D. 76%

The answer was C.

BMB: C
Mario4Ever: C

Good job both, the game continues.

Re: User Quiz

Alright challengers, prepare to the next question. This time it will be a question of Smg2daisy, thanks to her. Let's see how it will go, good luck to you.

Question 23 has been sent out.

Re: User Quiz

Mario4Ever sent his answer with no hesitation, while BMB had a doubt about his answer, the die has been cast. Now the results. Question 23 was:

Which of these sugars is not a reducing sugar?

A. Galatose
B. Maltose
C. Sucrose
D. Lactose

The answer was C.

BMB: C
Mario4Ever: C

Congrats for being right you both again.

Re: User Quiz

Cirdec said:
That seems quite complicated. When I look at the definition of reducing sugar that means to know the answer you have to remember the chemical formula of the elements you listed, who are complex. Maybe I would have gave this as a hard question, but I feel if I give this they will both get wrong, sorry.
And this is totally bullshit
In Biology we learn Glucose, Galatose, Lactose, Maltose, Frutose and Sucrose. The lesson is when all of them had used in Benedict solution, only sucrose will not react because it is not reducing sugar.
