I've heard people say that the Chrous Kids (this is their actual name) may have been confused with Marshal as they look kind of similar. I hope this is the case if one of them's in, I think Marshal would be a better fighter.

DK's Final Smash is the same, but now there's a bar with DDR-like buttons so you can actually time your rhythm.

Chespin uses Bullet Seed, which sends out explosive seeds. Oshawott uses Surf, like Piplup.

i really like how they've had different styles of intros for some characters, like with the comic book style for little mac, and now the anime style for palutena
i'm actually wondering if there's gonna be anymore veterans annoucned, tho. so far there haven't been, apart from the teasing of mr. game and watch
edit: looking at the miis page on the official site, it looks like there's hats of some kind that they can wear. i wonder how that works?

...Too much to unload here... Though there IS one thing I just found out about that I wanted to make not of... Apparently, one of the enemies in Smash Run is "Sneaky Spirit"... from the Rhythm Heaven series.

...There was a leak over on Gematsu that said that the Choir Boy/Choir Men from the same series will be playable as well. Said leak also revealed that Little Mac, Palutena, Miis, and Pac-Man would be playable (as well as Chrom and Shulk from Xenoblade Chronicles). Think this might be proof of that?

Other then that, here's a short version of what I have to say: Mii Fighters are awesome, I'm totally going to collect all the amiibos, the 3DS bit has too much for me to take in at the moment, Palutena was expected, yet still cool, and I don't care what any of y'all say, I freaking LOVED the Pac-Man trailer, and I have absolutely no problems with his inclusion whatsoever!

so i just got back from the smashfest
after 4 hours of waiting i have to say it was worth the fucken wait omg i cant wait till this comes out

so in the lineup while waiting for a few hours, me and my friends were playing mario party island tour and mario kart 7 for a bit till they passed around the 3ds' with smash in them. we could only play smash run even though there was a smash option but the 3ds' weren't linked so it was w/e. anyway it seemed pretty cool; i picked greninja because i wanted to try out some newcomers other than mega man and little mac (from what ive seen, they both look meh so im prob not gonna be maining them), like rosalina/palutena/etc. but they weren't available (which i really wanted to play, but rosalina was in wii u so that was good). there was villager too, another one i wanted to play but after thinking about it for a bit i just picked greninja. smash run is really cool but hold up, lemme talk about greninja. holy shit, this guy is fucking op. his down midair a is a meteor smash that also gives him a jump boost, like whaaaat. i really love water shuriken and the substitution, the shuriken can charge up and it becomes huge. his side b is pretty decent, his up smash is really powerful, and hes super fast. i battled against some dumb cpu's after and it was like flower smash or something, it was cool and all i guess but it woulda been better with real ppl

we play some more island tour for a bit till we get to the wii u, and there were only wii u pro classic controllers (w.e you call them, the things that kinda look like xbox ones). me and 3 of my friends duked it out, we could do only two 3-minute matches. there were limited stages and characters, we tried colliseum first and it was pretty cool. i was mario, and my friends were marth, megaman, and pikachu. im kinda sad they kept mario's final smash the same as brawl but i guess w/e. then we played on pilotwings where i was rosalina, and they were marth, megaman, and sonic (yes, only one of them changed characters lol). i really like rosalina, though her luma takes time to get used to but i think shes gonna be really strong after. i hate how the luma can die off if it takes too much damage tho. it does respawn but after awhile. i guess the best way to sum her up is shes like the ice climbers but better as you can control and pretty much gang up on one person. i won both () and we got some cool shit after (well im probably not gonna use these anywhere lol)
heres the stuff:

first place got the badge on the very right and everyone else got the two stickers and the mk8 lanyard
we went home after

some other comments i have to say:
zero suit samus looks like a really sick character, i love her new final smash. she goes in her spaceship and it becomes first person for her (kinda like snake's final smash in brawl) and you shoot lasers, just fucken wreck people. her normal and special attacks seem really great now and those jetboots look cool

the villager tree is p funny, when timed right its fucken powerful omg, i saw a match where this guy ko'd a bowser right before he was about to use his final smash and everyone went nuts

the boss on megaman's stage seemed to be kinda annoying

wii fit trainer looks kinda dumb, everyone i saw who played as them got 4th lol

little mac looks really underpowered but i guess its cause of his ko meter thing. he really sucks dick midair (his up b is so bad, it goes straight up and barely can move left or right while performing it). the ko meter can really turn the match around for him though so thats a bonus for him

some items are fucking hilarious, i remember getting a blue shell and itd just follow one dude and slam him on the ground and explode. there was also this jetpack thing that was kinda weird. the bumper reskin looks really nice. i saw some smash ball that exploded into lines of flames and that was sick. theres also the tanooki leaf that i have no clue what it does and some type of shield you can pick up that guards your back from projectiles i guess. oh and i remember someone got arceus from a pokeball, holy fuck he just obliterates the competition with those shockwaves.

megamans final smash was awesome, its like pokemon trainer's "triple finish" from brawl but better

whew, that was one of my longer posts ive made but wow if you guys havent played smash yet i recommend going to it on saturday no matter what, its a really fun game.

I only played one match, but he seems similar to how he was in Brawl. He has mostly the same moves. I hear his final smash is also the same, but I didn't get to try it myself. I can tell you the Bullet Bill item will take some getting used to; I accidentally grabbed one and KO'd myself instantly, lol. They had the 3DS version available but I didn't get to play it because my stupid ass had to run to the bathroom and missed my chance. There was a long-ass line (after a 3-hour drive) but I had fun linking my phone to speakers via Bluetooth and playing Paper Mario music. It's after midnight and we're just now getting back home, lol

Zelda's Final Smash is still the Light Arrow, as is Sheik's.

Luigi's involves him pulling the Poltergust, and sucking up players in his vicinity (anyone in his radius) and blasts them to the top of the screen after. Seems to result in an instant KO if you are sucked in early since damage is done into you inside the vacuum.
