At least the Duck Hunt Dog is an original character and not a stupid clone like Dr. Mario. That's why I have nothing against him.

How about we look at the good stuff that was on this roster? I mean god forbid that just because one or two characters did not make it, and that people apparently thought that if you'll request it Sakurai has to add it and that he can't say no to what the fans want on anything.

I mean really; whining and bitching about the fact that Ridley, Mewtwo, etc. are in is fine since you can vent about that, but stop yelling at Sakurai. I would love for any of you guys to take his position and try to make a game that has both balance, favorablitiy, quality, and all that jazz, while trying to please everyone. The same time I recalled, Sakurai spent the last two-three years making and working constantly on this game so that it could be worth buying it. He posts pictures for us every weekday and even gives out characters once or twice a month on average. He obviously wanted to include many characters but there is only some much time and money to be spent on these games that he won't have time to do everything.

He still got in highly requested characters, such as Robin, Shulk, Pac-Man, Mega Man, and Palutena, as well as surprising yet excellent additions like Rosalina, Greninja, and Duck Hunt Dog. The best part was that he added characters that held much importance to the series, or their character represented a part of their series that was a major success.

I'm sorry that Ridley was in the game, but he's for sure still apart of Smash Bros. and everything. I'm sorry Mewtwo is not, but I'm sure that he'll be include in some way, shape, or form in this game. But don't call Sakurai an asshole or a dick just because he didn't do what you wanted or what you desired to have happened with that game.

I'm hoping this one will finally reference Super Paper Mario in some way, since that's the only one where Paper Luigi is in the jumping position, it's also his biggest role in the series. I swear though, if it only references those small cameos in Sticker Star I'll be pissed.

But its the only Paper Mario that HASN'T gotten a single reference in this game. I feel like they're trying to forget it happened or something. Even the original got a cameo in the TTYD section (the whale)

This is the 3DS version, not much of a surprise its trophies focuses on the only handheld instalment of the series.
