Not much I'd want to listen to when I'm not playing the games.

You remind me of my friend. Absolutely hates Diddy Kong as a character and as a fighter. It's made worse by the fact that one of the best Project M players at our school is a Diddy main.Maki Nishikino said:Man, I'd be fine with it if any other character was the best but I just straight up hate Diddy Kong in any game he's in. I hate Diddy as a character.
Fixed. I like the song, but it doesn't need so many different versions. They should have only had Jungle Level, its second version, Kongo Jungle, and the Jazz version.supermariofan said:It seems this game loves DK Island Swing perhaps a little too much
Lumastar said:Troplical Freeze needed a better representation of music. Well, at least it got some trophies.
MK:SC has the best soundtrack, but everyone else hates it.supermariofan said:I wish there was more music from DK64 that game had the best DK music IMO and Smash only had the rap song? Really!? And don't give me that " Well Rare is owned by Microsoft" BS, everything in the DK universe is owned by Nintendo. Speaking of Rare, still no love for Star Fox Adventures?! WTF?! That's my favorite Star Fox game and has the best Star Fox soundtrack IMO but...nothing?! Are you shitting me?!
Yes, yes they are. It's a shame that neither game gets the musical representation they deserve. When you really look into it, Diddy Kong Racing doesn't have anything either.supermariofan said:I wish there was more music from DK64 that game had the best DK music IMO and Smash only had the rap song? At least it got some representation in the Rainbow Road Medley.Megamario15 said:MK:SC has the best soundtrack, but everyone else hates it.
Hither Thither Hill's pretty good, but there was no point in including the airship theme from Sticker Star.Stanley the Troll said:I wish the Paper Mario series got more musical representation than it did. Rogueport was the only song worth listening to. Where is everything from Paper Mario 64 and Super Paper Mario?
They should've made that section Paper Mario 64's Bowser Castle and given it the music from that game.Lumastar said:there was no point in including the airship theme from Sticker Star.
Frozen Donkey Kong Island would have been awesome as a second new DK stage.Wally said:You know, back to the Jungle Hijinks...
This game didn't have any pure Ice-type stages (I know Pokemon Stadium 2 has an ice form, but it's only temporary). Maybe because Ice Climbers wasn't included in the game (though the Panda was in Smash Run and I'm surprised they didn't really get a stage for the series, even if they weren't in the game. I guess they worried about salt in the wound, but whatever.)
The one on Wii U could have gone to 3DS (because DKCR3D), and the one that you just spoke of could go on Wii U.Lumastar said:Frozen Donkey Kong Island would have been awesome as a second new DK stage.Wally said:You know, back to the Jungle Hijinks...

If it was on 3DS, then it might have been hard to see the fighters in the background.Megamario15 said:The one on Wii U could have gone to 3DS (because DKCR3D), and the one that you just spoke of could go on Wii U.Lumastar said:Frozen Donkey Kong Island would have been awesome as a second new DK stage.Wally said:You know, back to the Jungle Hijinks...

This was what the first game it ever received music?

I know right?! From Paper Mario there's the cool Battle Theme, Gusty Gulch, Crystal King Battle, and the final battle with Bowser. Oh the battle against Huff N. Puff also had a cool theme.
From Thousand-Year Door there's the amazing Battle Theme, Rawk Hawk Battle and Doopliss Battle.
And from Super Paper Mario, there's The Ultimate Showdown, which gives me the chills every time I listen to it.
