Wow, what a way to start the year. It's neat how there'll be trophies exclusive to each version, but I wonder how they'll deal with representation? Characters like Olimar and Wii Fit Trainer have never made appearances on handhelds before. edit: just reread the Miiverse post and it says 'mainly from handhelds', so there could be exceptions.

Regardless, I'm looking forward to collecting them all this time (still need to get like one or two in Brawl, bloody Meta Ridley).

The exceptions may include anyone from the 3DS titles who appear in Super Smash Bros. U, so Xerneas will probably get a trophy for the Wii U version, thanks to its presence on one of the Wii U screenshots.

However, characters like Dillon and Hades might be less fortunate, seeing as they're currently 3DS-exclusives.

I still haven't collected all of the ones in Brawl... Mainly the ones where you have to do X mode with every character or do X mode mode with all characters on a certain difficulty.

I remember my brother wasted all the Golden Hammers on the freaking masterpieces... XD
(Mind you I was only 10 when Brawl came out and we never reset/erased our data since we got the game, so uh yeah LOL)

I'm hoping there won't be many trophies like that again... And please no trophies where the ONLY way possible to get it is to have save data of another game. .__.

here's the interesting note: it's 3ds, meaning this trophy is based off of ocarina of time 3d

and since gerudo valley is a stage, which came from ocarina of time, don't be surprised to see stage-specific trophies, such as a gerudo trophy, a mario kart trophy (as in the trophy for the special cup in MK7 or 8), some of the public works projects from new leaf as trophies, etc

I hope they make the AI better. I'd love if normally the AI is attacking the nearest opponent whether it is a human or cpu player. but I'd love it more, if taunting will attract AI players to the last player taunting.. Yeah that would be cool.

They kinda did that in Melee already, except they taunt at you randomly so you really want to strike them for being so dumb

Yeah the Melee CPUs tend to not taunt until AFTER they make a KO, even if it's a Star KO. And the funny thing about this is that when you make a Star KO, you can taunt before officially getting the KO, and still receive the Star KO bonus.

Really? I thought Star KO bonus was just that: turning opponents into a star.

What I mean is that they when they hop off the respawn platform, if you jump over their heads or just get out of their reach, they'll just taunt randomly.
