Both Jungle Japes and Brinstar are going to be returning past stages, if that wording makes any sense. I wonder what other past stages they might re-include. If the new great fox stage is replacing the corneria/sector z great fox stage they usually have than I can imagine Corneria returning as a 3ds past stage.

That might still be the Sector Z or Corneria stage, it was never seen in actual gameplay. I much prefer Sector Z, the Corneria was too small and ruined it.

So you can see a new stage based on an old stage, with that old stage appearing in the 3DS one?

Yeah, that's what I said. The new Great Fox will appear on Wii U in the form of this new stage and the old Great Fox will appear on 3DS in the form of past stage.

Though it's just a wild guess, I think it'd be a neat way to keep the 'tradition' (use that loosely, there's only been three games) of having a stage where you battle on top of Great Fox in every smash.
