Except that Banjo and Kazzoie are not in the leak. You may be looking at the Duck Hunt Dog.

hew guys anyone can totally create a fake leak that can be believable to the fools who have certain misconceptions. (this one meant for those with the misconception about how 3DS system limitations would affect the roster in a negative way). Like I could have posted this roster on Gamefaqs right when the game was announced and said it was the 3DS version roster and I'd be bound to get some believers.

I actually think that is a great imitation, and the original models are a very nice touch. However, some elements of it just scream, "Fake."

Dark Pit is literally a darker reversed model of Pit, Jigglypuff's is a redo of her artwork from a PK game... And then there's other things that just don't make sense. But at least they had some sort of realism in there. I can honestly say it looked pretty real at first glance, except Duck Hunter completely ruined it.

For all we know, the roster could have leaked weeks ago. The actual Brawl roster was leaked and everyone thought it was fake. R.O.B? Three fox like characters? Only 35 characters? People all thought this meant it was fake.

One of the leaks dismissed in the past could very well be the real deal. Only time will tell.

Except that most of these "leaks" have no evidence and are completely fan based, any real roster was just a fan guessing. When we see stuff like this with obvious photoshop alterations, it can be dismissed as a guess. And guesses never get high enough to be leaks. The Paulentena leak we had was actually believable because we had never seen those sprites before and the pics made sense, unlike these pics.
