Dunno about madagascar tv show, dont care either, because i dont even like the movies.

well they're kind of human-dragon to start with.

Yeah, I guess that's true. It probably depends on the breed of manakete you're talking about.

The species native to Ylisse, Plegia, and whatever the continents are supposed to be in Awakening are human in every way except long life, pointy ears, and the ability to turn into a dragon.

But Magvel manaketes apparently have wings in their human state, so...
