At this point, I feel Microsoft should sell the rights to their Rareware characters.

Because Banjo and Kazooie in Smash would be hype as hell.

So Nintendo's event was pretty good. The presentation was very funny, thought the Star Fox comment was kinda dickish until we saw Miyamoto play it at the end. Not sure if I'd say they won E3, but it looks like they have some good games on their hands.

They didn't show enough of everything, honestly, and overall it was just very underwhelming. meh.

I don't see why they couldn't have just made it longer and put more content from the treehouse live thing in it.
 
So, I'm sure some people will be annoyed at all the love for Kid Icarus Uprising in Smash 4. But I don't care, because I love Kid Icarus Uprising.
 
It turns out Yager are developing Dead Island 2, which is a disappointment since Dead Island is boring as fuck. But I guess if anyone can salvage it, Yager could?
 
The Smash Invitational just ended.
ZeRo won. He preformed greatly by adapting to HungryBox's strategy, and ultimately made it to sudden death, where ZSS's agile moving won the match for ZeRo.
Are we getting any more E3 hype tonight, or do we have to wait till tomorrow?

Also, I love how everybody is flipping out because Reggie said ass at E3, when he said ass at E3 as well a few years ago.

A lot of people are annoyed by ZeRo's play because when the nintendo guy next to them told them they would go to sudden death, he began playing keep away because sudden death would be favourable for him. Hungrybox couldn't do anything about it because Zero Suit outspeeds Kirby completely.

I guess I don't mind though, he wanted to win and he did it. I called it right from the start that ZeRo would be the most likely to win it since Sm4sh will be more like Brawl which he's right near the top in.

A lot of people were bothered by both ZeRo and Hbox ledge camping because they had the lead in earlier matches too, but I can't blame them. That's the flaw in 4 player free for alls, running is always the best option.
 
Honestly, one of my favourite parts was the skit at the beginning.

"C'mon, Reggie! Give us Mother 3!"
"How about this, instead?" *throws fireball*
 
I'm not sure how I should feel about Reggie saying "Kick your ass" up on stage.

Then again that almost his first line when he stepped up on stage at E3 2004.

Well, history repeats itself I guess.

Also on the topic of Smash 4, the Gamecube Controller adapter had better function as actual ports in the way that it will let you play Wii games and VC with Gamecube controllers, because I think having a peripheral like this to only work with one game would feel like a wasted opportunity. Seriously the Classic Controller was not designed with N64 games in mind.

he actually grilled him with a laser when he asked "WHERE'S STAR FOX" and lo and behold

maybe mother 3 will be announced for vc, idk. hopefully lucas isn't cut from smash bros because an announcement like that would be the perfect time to reveal him

the rc animation was pretty a neat departure from normal presentations and it was hilarious, but despite that, Nintendo's presentation was sorta underwhelming overall, though definitely better than Microsoft or Sony's (though there were a few games I liked from them, such as ori and no man's sky), most of my hype came after the digital event

One again, no information on Fire Emblem X Shin Megami Tensei. I think the game is either cancelled or in development hell.

Then again, I said the same about Yoshi's Wolly World before E3.
 
^Easily one of the best moments.

Major props to KoreanDJ. He knew that Mega Man's final smash could cause massive hype. He purposefully threw himself into that attack so the crowd could see it.
 
That was shown too, on the Pilotwings stage. Apparently at the end the star causes a powerful explosion.
