"I heard you have a dragon problem?" (Chapter 50 / 50) It is done!

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?"

Guys what if Walkazo comes back as Dry Walkazo.

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?"

What if King Boo re-attaches her head to her body and possesses the result.

The only thing more time consuming to draw than ripped Yoshi man torsos would be skeletal Dragon-Koopas.

Although I did get more black markers today so at least I'd be able to do nice crisp bone outlines should Edo be sadistic enough to force such a plot twist on me. (Which he very well could be.)

Black screen = no official confirmation.
Well, you know, it's not just a black screen. There is clearly something else on that panel also.
And it's not black. I spent like ten minutes messing around trying to find the right angle and thresholds and things for that gradient, dammit, give it the proper respect it completely 100% deserves.

honestly best update i've seen yet

it's been awhile since i've been so heavily invested in a work of fiction. i can't wait to see where edo runs with this
Thanks! And here I was worried it'd be too expositiony for folks.

MIM.

Mario Is Murdering.

This story is the best thing Userpedia has met thus far.
Lol, another title for the comic, only this one is rather spoilery.

And thanks!

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?"

May you find solace in the fact that I am not a big fan of Dry Bowser.

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?"

Ok, it is really late, but somehow I made it. This would have been a bit longer, but I wanted to get this out before I have to leave in four hours.

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?"

Wow, the lack of facial hair make you look really different.
Or maybe that's the facial expressions.

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?"

*final boss theme from M&L:BiS begins playing* (or whatever boss music you want idk)

*grabs popcorn again*

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?"

can't find fault in duplication, especially when it comes from such a reliable source.

though why the hell did you bring catherine all the way over from the diner to pull it off when you just could have borrowed one of the people in the room already ah screw it it's still badass

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?"

If you're going to have a final boss theme for evil psycho Mario, it should be a final boss theme that fits evil psycho Mario.

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?"

^Thanks!

But dammit Edo, what happened to the "leave them squirming with the cliffhanger for a week" plan? That was a good plan. We really need to work on your working the crowd skillz... or... whatever skillz are involved in making proper use of coincidentally fortuitously occurring update pauses, idk.

and how could Birdo quote the narration...

Yeah, I didn't appreciate the first read-through but the lack of moustache and the addition of Birdo's sassier dialogue, stance and facial expressions really adds up. The "oooh so intimidating" panel makes me think of Peasley more than the regular Edo o_O (must be the hair, lol)

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?"

who doesn't love peasley? he was one of the reasons why superstar saga was the best mario and luigi

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?"

every boss fight was better because the bros attacks were more fun. instead of pulling out some dumb item or something the bros just did all this cool acrobatic stuff to take down enemies, it was super awesome

then partners in time ruined that completely to the point where you just stocked up on items, that was dumb

bowser's inside story kinda combined the first two and while it was much better than partners in time (i especially liked the magic window one, that was the best), the originals were still cooler

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?"

I'm torn between Dream Team's and Superstar Saga's.

They both actually give you different moves for each bro which is awesome, but the original has the quirk of them changing depending on how you do (along with the alternate variation you get after using them enough) and just looks awesome as mentioned before while Dream Team has differently playing moves which is refreshing, especially because they're all fun to use.

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?"

I love BIS the most (largely because of my extensive headcanons, tho, but also because Bowser is awesome), but SS is a close second and Peasley is my fave M&L character by a long shot.

Luigi x Peasley = OTP!
