Me: But seriously, Route 102 is open now. Also, I researched this this Route. Apparently there is this Pokémon called Ralts here and the final evolution is like God-tier. Problem is, Ralts is appears only 4% of the time. Ugh. Still, I am determined

Adding something new to the OP. It will a list of "Unapproved Challenges". Basically the challenges that have not met the requirements. The ones so far are:
I must catch Rayquaza before fighting the Elite Four, with a PokéBall.
I must level at least one pokémon to L100 before ending the game.
I cannot use fly for the entire game.
